    Option (d) is right answer. All statements, P, Q, R &S are true. Ramchandran plot is used to predict probability of Amino acids to form secondary structures based on the allowed and disallowed values of "phi & psi" angle. The values of "phi & psi" angles are calculated based on van der waals radius of side chain atoms. With the help of these values we can predict probability of a peptide to form simple secondary structures like alpha helix, beta sheet etc.
