Ans is A. Because ammonium sulfate precipitation only reduces the solubility of proteins and does not denature them proteins can be concentrated by removing the remaining ammonium sulfate solution then the protein pellet can be resolubilized in standard buffers or a lower concentration of ammonium

Answer is (A). As we increase the concentration of salt the solubility of protein gets reduced. It doesnt lead to denaturation of protein & they get concentrated in the pellet.
