    Answer is (D). The technique used will be NMR as it will give the better resolution. It helps in determining detailed arrangement of atoms. H- bonds can be located & different atoms can be examined separately.

    Option D Nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy is unique in being able to reveal the atomic structure of macromolecules in solution. This technique depends on the fact that certain atomic nuclei are intrinsically magnetic.
