In mammalian cell intracellular concentration of following metal ions are as follows, Concentration of K+ is highest , i.e. , 100 mM Concentration of Na+ is 10 mM Concentration of Mg2+ is 0.5 mM. Concentration of Ca2+ is 10-100 nM. So the decreasing order of these ions concentration in mammalian cell will be, K+ > Na+ > Mg2+ > Ca2+. Hope this will be helpful.
