One is pyramidal inversion which is shown by Nitrogen SP3 . Other is berry pseudo rotation which is shown by many molecule one such molecule is PF5.

No all molecule can't show inversion as there is energy barrier which molecule has to cross.

Inversion of ammonia is rapid at room temperature. In contrast, phosphine (PH3) inverts very slowly at room temperature (energy barrier: 132 kJ/mol)

Pyramidal inversion. In chemistry, pyramidal inversion is a fluxional process in compounds with a pyramidal molecule, such as ammonia (NH3) "turns inside out". It is a rapid oscillation of the atom and substituents, the molecule or ion passing through a planar transition state.

so all pyrmidal molecule show this invrsn?

    eduncle-logo-app

some cyclic amines also show inversion

    got it??

    eduncle-logo-app

no all the pyramidle molecules not ahow inversion. it is shown by sp3 N compounds
