Wht will be the product of the following reaction?

    Here it is H2O2 not H2O. it is hydroboration oxidation. This is an example of hydroboration oxidation reaction in an alkene is converetd to alcohol. The reagents used are (1) diborane (2) alkaline hydrogen peroxide. Hydration follows anti-Markownikoff's rule. -OH goes to the less substitued carbon atom. Thus, the hydroboration oxidation of 1-methyl cyclohexene gives 2-methyl cyclohexanol.

    it must be a typing mistake in image as in hydroboration requires H2O2. so it should have been H2O2 instead of h20
