Yes the equilibrium constant depends on the nature of solvents. Because, the dissociation of solute molecules in different medium will be different, due to difference in intermolecular interactions in the medium. Example: The equilibrium constant (at 298K)of reaction of N, N' diphenyl-1, 4-benzoquinonediimine with 2,5-dichlorohydroquinone in CCl4 is 13.6. Changing the solvent to benzene changes the equilibrium constant to 140.

Equilibrium constant depends on temperature and is independent of the actual quantities of reactants and products, the presence of a catalyst and the presence of inert material. It is also independent of concentrations, pressures and volumes of reactants and products.
