    it is simple logic that BA increase,%S increase. S Character is a contribution of s orbital in hybridization. S Character is directly proportional to bond angle, i.e. S Character ∝ bond angle. The more s character of hybrid orbital a molecule have, the greater is the angle between their bond.     More the s- character more is the bond angle. More the s- character more the electron density across the central atom and hence to avoid that repulsion and to increase the stability the electrons are arranged at greater angle. So with increase in s - character bond angle also increases.
