    Ferromagmesian minerals form first in Bowen's reaction series, under the highest temperatures and pressures, which are least like equilibrium conditions at the surface of Earth. These minerals are most susceptible to weathering because they are stable at conditions that are the furthest from those found at the surface.

    Ferromagnesian minerals forms oxides of fe and Mg so easily weatherable as water can easily remove it as water is a good ligand.
