    BH3 is a electron deficient species so it attacks electron rich alkene. Here carbocation is not formed. So it undergo anti markovnikov addition

    HX jb rhte hai then H is less electronegative than halogen so here mark addition occurs but in case of bh3... h is more electronegative than boron...so final product leads to anti mark addition...this is regioselectivity
