Why in [co(nh3) 6]2+ electron are paired and in [cr(nh3) 6]3+ not paired?

why in [Co(NH3) 6]2+ electron are paired and in [Cr(NH3) 6]3+ not paired?

    This is because Cr is in (iii) oxidation state in which there elections are in the d orbital. For octahedral geometry we require only two orbital because the hybridization is d2sp3 and the rest of the three orbital didn't paired up because of the Hund's Rule. Kindly accept my answer!
