    Outliers - General term used when younger rocks are exposed within older rocks (or younger rocks surrounded by older rocks) while inlier is just opposite of the thing one can find in outlier. Nappe is a thrusted sheet often allochthonous(transported from the vicinity) while when it comes to window it is autochthonous mostly (in the vicinity or in situ) and it occurs when erosion exposed older rocks in the younger rocks. Nappe outlier is synonymous to klippe while nappe inlier is synonymous to window(or tectonic window). Window is all about when over-thrust sheet has been eroded and the lower sequence of rocks that are beneath the over-thrust sheet are visible.

    FIRST UNDERSTAND WHAT IS NAPPE?? NAPPE IS A THRUST SHEET TRANSPORTED TO A GREAT DISTANCE ALSO WE CAN CALL ALLOCHTHONOUS TYPE. THEN OUTLIER IS A ARRANGEMENT IN STRUCTURAL GEOLGY WHERE OUTER PART OF A CONSIDERED MASS IS OLDER IN AGE. ACTUALLY THE NAMING IS LIKE IF OLDER IN CENTER INLIER. OLDER IN OUTER OUTLIER. NAPPE OUTLIER IS KLIPPE WHERE AS NAPPE INLIER IS WINDOW/ FENESTER. A FIGURE BELOW FOR EASY UNDERSTANDING.
