Why primary carbocation form major product??

    If there is no double bond then we can go with the concept that secondary carbocation is more stable than primary one so this must be form as a major product...but here in this more substituted alkene is formed which is more stable than less substituted one and also due to symmetrical alkene formed in primary carbocation case...So here primary forms major product
