Yes , These are important concept in Power series as Radius of convergence tells you about on which point this power series converges.

the radius of convergence of a power series is the radius of the largest disk in which the series converges. It is either a non-negative real number or infinity. When it is positive, the power series converges absolutely and uniformly on compact sets inside the open disk of radius equal to the radius of convergence, and it is the Taylor series of the analytic function to which it converges. In arithmetic/mathematics, the span of combination of a power arrangement is the sweep of the biggest circle wherein the arrangement merges. It is either a non-negative real number or ∞. When it is certain, the power arrangement merges completely and consistently on smaller sets inside the open plate of sweep equivalent to the span of assembly, and it is the Taylor arrangement of the analytic function to which it combines.
