SBI Probationary Officer Eligibility 2019
Candidates who will be appearing in the SBI PO Exam will have to meet the following three SBI PO Eligibility Factors:

Educational Qualification

A candidate must be either –
A Citizen of India or
A Subject of Nepal or
A Subject of Bhutan or
A Tibetan Refugee who came over to India before 1st January 1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India or
A person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania (formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar), Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India.
SBI PO Age Limit
The minimum age for a candidate to appear in the SBI PO Exam is 21 Years and maximum age is 30 years. Candidates must have not been born not later than 01st April 1998 and not earlier than 02nd April 1989 (both days inclusive).

SBI PO Qualification
Candidates having a Graduation degree in any discipline from a recognized University or any equivalent qualification are eligible for the SBI PO Exam.
Candidates who are in the final year of their graduation are also eligible for the exam. But they have to produce proof of having passed the graduation examination on or before 31st August 2019.
Candidates having qualification of Chartered Accountant are also eligible for this exam.

SBI Probationary Officer Eligibility – Reservation for PwD Candidates
The State Bank of India provides reservation to the Persons with Disability (PwD) candidates. As per section 34 of “Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016”, the PwD candidates are provided with the 4% horizontal reservation.
Following are the sub-categories of the PwD category that are given the reservation in SBI PO Exam:
1. Locomotor Disabilities (LD):
Orthopedically challenged persons are covered under Locomotor Disability with following benchmark:
OA - One arm affected (Right or Left)
OL - One leg affected (Right or Left)
OAL - One arm & One Leg affected
BL - Both legs affected but not arms
2. Visual Impairment (VI):
Candidates suffering from any of the following conditions are eligible for the exam:
Blindness
Low Vision
3. Hearing Impaired (HI):
Candidates suffering from any of the following conditions are eligible to apply:
Deaf
Hard of Hearing
4. ‘d’ & ‘e’:
Only those who suffer any of the following conditions are eligible for SBI PO Exam:
Specific Learning Disability (SLD)
Mental Illness (MI)
Multiple Disabilities
