You know that the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has 10 regional offices all over the country, which provide services to the schools and students in their jurisdiction.
These Regional offices play a crucial role by solving the schools and students' issues under the policy and procedure of the CBSE Examination Bye-Laws. Regional offices also process all stakeholders’ requests. According to the delegation of the officers, these requests are either fixed by the controller of the examination in the respective Regional Officer or Head / Headquarters in Delhi.
Recently, it has been seen that the principal/school and parents are sending direct requests to senior officers, CBSE, Headquarters, Delhi. These requests can’t be processed in the headquarters, so these requests are sent to the concerned Regional Office for further processing.
Regional Offices take more time to solve these requests. To avoid any delay, the following guidelines are being issued: -
All the heads of schools will send their request only to their respective regional office.
If parents/students want to make a request, then it should be done only in school.
According to the examination Bye-Laws, heads of the schools will make recommendations and will send a request to the concerned Regional Office.
You should make your request according to the above-mentioned points so that concerned authority can take quick action through appropriate channels.
