Railway Online Form 2022 – Prerequisite
Candidates must have a valid mobile number and email id at the time of filling RRB form and till the announcement of result.
Railway Apply online applications will be rejected if applied in more than 1 RRB for RRB Online Test.
The candidate should have the requisite Educational/Technical qualifications from recognized University/Institute as on the closing date of submission of the RRB form.
At the time of filling the railway form 2019, applicants must keep all the Academic Certificates nearby as they need their marks details for filling Indian railway online form.
Applicants must keep 3-4 copies of same photograph used in filling RRB Online Application Form, as these will be needed in the later stages of Recruitment after RRB online form 2019 submission.

RRB Online Registration - Step Wise Instructions. Refer below
Candidates can check the complete procedure of online registration for RRB all stages below.
Stage 1 for RRB Registration 2022:
Candidates may visit official website and click on “New Registration” for RRB online apply.
Candidates may choose any desired RRB to submit RRB online application and click on “apply now” button.
In Preliminary Registration of RRB application form, candidates have to fill education qualification along with other details like Name, Father's name, Date of Birth, Community, Email Id, Mobile number etc.
Next stage of RRB online registration is Activation. In this stage of online railway form, a registration number is generated and mobile number and email id are asked.
Candidates who have provided a valid mobile number and email Id will only be able to reach to the next stage of RRB online process.
There will be a link for activation of RRB online Registration. That link will be sent at the email id provided by you and after clicking that link, one-time password (OTP) will be sent to the mobile number provided. This will generate registration number.
Stage 2 for Railway Online Form 2022:
After this candidates may proceed to the second stage of RRB online registration through the “Candidate Login”. In this stage, all the posts for which candidates are eligible are displayed and candidates have to set the preferences for posts.
Candidates have to fill their experience and qualification in detail.

Stage 3 for RRB Online Application 2022:
In this stage of filling RRB online application, candidates have to pay application fee through the following modes:
Credit/Debit Cards, Net banking of banks other than SBI.
Candidates can pay through Credit/Debit cards and net banking of various banks. Transaction charges are applicable extra.
SBI Debit card / Internet banking.
Using this mode, candidates who possess SBI Debit Card / Internet banking facility with SBI can pay the application fee. No additional charges are levied. The candidates must again login through the candidate login menu and enter the Receipt Number and deposite date.
SBI Bank Challan
Candidates can download the Bank Challan prefilled with their specific details and make the payment in any branch of SBI and associated banks. After making the payment, the candidates must again login through the Candidate Login menu and enter the Journal number and deposite date.
Post Office Challan (Transaction/Processing charges extra)
Candidates can download the Postal Challan prefilled with their specific details and make the payment in any computerized post office across the country. Processing fees are applicable extra.
Stage 4 for RRB Online Apply 2022:
In this stage filling RRB online application 2022 candidates have to attach scanned copy of colorful passport size photograph in JPEG format of size 50kb - 100 kb.
Railway online forms are available on the respective RRBs.
Incomplete forms will lead to rejection of RRB online form.
How to Edit/ Modify RRB Online Application 2022?
For modification of applications already submitted, Candidates need to click on the ‘Modify Application’ link on the Registration panel. A fee of Rs.100/- is applicable even to candidates belonging to exempted categories (i.e., SC/ST/PWD/Ex-SM/Woman/Minority/Economically backward class candidates) which must be paid (no exceptions) to edit an application already registered.
Candidates must first make the payment before they can edit an application. The candidates will have two options for correction in RRB online application: These are:
1. Modify application in the same RRB: Candidates can make any corrections to their application within the RRB to which they have applied.
2. Modify Application and apply to different RRB: Candidates who have applied to one RRB can opt to apply to a different RRB altogether.
After making payment for Edit, the candidates can choose the RRB to which they want to re-apply. The application they have already made will be canceled and a new Registration ID for the new RRB will be generated. Candidates can choose the RRB and login again with the new Registration number and complete the registration.
