According to the guidelines candidates, who are in the qualifying year of post-graduation or equivalent degree can also appear for the NTA UGC NET Exam.

UGC NET Electronic Sciences 2020 – Exam Pattern & Marking Schemes

There are two papers in UGC NET i.e. Paper 1 and Paper 2.

Important Note - In 2020, Paper 1 & Paper 2 will be conducted in a single three hour duration.

 

Paper 1 is same for all subjects and consists total of 50 compulsory questions of General Aptitude Test.

Whereas Paper 2 consists total of 100 compulsory questions of Electronics Science subject.

Both papers have objective type questions. There is no minus marking on any wrong answer in both papers.
