JEE Advanced 2018 Admit Card – Important Details to Verify!
After downloading the IIT JEE advance admit card 2018, there are few details that you must check whether filled correctly or not.
Name of the Candidate
Centre of Examination
Date and Time of Examination
Date of Birth
Corresponding Address of the candidate
In case you find any of the details wrong in the admit card, contact to the chairman of the zonal IITs as soon as possible.
JEE Advanced Admit Card 2018 – Points to be Considered!
Applicants who fail to verify their identity are not allowed to write the JEE Advanced Exam. However, after completing some formalities at the discretion of the concerned authorities, candidates may be allowed to appear in the exam.
The admit card must be kept safely, as this will be used in the completion of the admission procedure.
Aspirants are only allowed to carry the following things with them in the exam hall
Black ball point pens
Downloaded admit card
An original photo identity card
Indian Exam Centres- The partially eligible candidates appearing for the JEE Advanced Exam on 20th May 2018 must carry a DD (Demand Draft) with them at the examination center. The Candidates from General and OBC -NCL Categories must submit a DD of INR 3100, whereas the candidates from SC, ST, PwD and Female Categories must submit a DD of INR 1800 at the examination Centre. The Demand Draft must be payable at Kanpur to the “Organizing Chairman of JEE Advanced”.
Foreign Exam Centres – All partially eligible candidates from SAARC Countries must submit a Demand Draft/Banker’s Cheque of USD 210 and candidates from NON-SAARC Countries must submit Demand Draft /Banker’s Cheque of USD 350, at the exam centre allotted to them on the JEE Advanced Exam day.
Before June 5, 2018, the provisional Partially registered candidates would receive a communication from the organizing institute for uploading the required documents after the examination.
(The procedure is only for the partially registered candidates, not for those who have completed their registration and fee submission before the deadline).
