The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test plays an important role for those who wish to seek a career in medicine. Through the NEET scores candidates can get admission in the MBBS and BDS Courses offered by a plethora of Medical and Dental Colleges in India.

 

NEET Exam Centres are the venues, where entrance test will be held. The Exam will be organized by NTA at 154 different cities across India.

 

Important Note: 

 

 Through the Public Notice Dated 2nd of May 2019, NTA has notified that due to General Elections to Lok Sabha and other unavoidable reasons, for some students changes have been made in their Examination Centre of NEET (UG) – 2019 Examination to be held on 5th of May 2019.

It should be noted that through the mediums of  SMS, Email and Voice Message, the concerned candidates have already been notified about it. They need to download their updated e-Admit Card available on NTA website, in order to appear in NEET 2019 exam.

NEET Exam Centres 2019 – Important Points to Keep in Mind!

 

Knowing about the NEET 2019 Exam Centres will help candidates greatly, since they will have a clear idea where they can appear for the examination. Some guidelines are provided below about NEET Entrance Exam Centres allotment procedure.

 

At the time of NEET Application Form, candidates have three choices to select the exam Cities as per their conveniences.

The exam is conducted at one or more centre in a city.

 The allotment of NEET Exam Centres 2019 will be made by computer and no human intervention will be there.

 The candidates must note that once the centre of NEET 2019 is allotted to the aspirants by NTA, it cannot be changed under any circumstances. However, in case of less no. of candidates in a centre, only the authority has right to allot a different centre of NEET 2019.

 The authority of exam allots NEET centre in one of the location selected by the candidate, but in some cases NTA reserves its discretion to allot a NEET 2019 Centre other than the candidate’s choice.

 The exam will be conducted on 5th May 2019.

  Timing: - 02:00 PM to 05:00 PM

 Do not forget to carry the NEET Admit Card as it is essential for verification purpose.

 To facilitate many candidates, NTA will conduct NEET 2019 in almost every State and Union Territory of India.

 The centre cannot be changed after the final date of application.

NEET 2019 Exam Centres – Important Guidelines!

 

 

The candidates will not be allowed to enter the examination hall after 01:30 P.M.

 Candidates must note that late entry to the examination premises is not permitted under any circumstances.

 The candidates must carry admit card along with them otherwise they will not be permitted to enter in the NEET 2019 Centre.

 The candidates are allowed to take only admit card, photographs and ID Proof along with them in the exam hall.

 A specific seat and roll number will be assigned to each candidate If a candidate is found to write the exam other than the allocated seat, then his/her candidature shall be cancelled.

 No stationary is allowed in the centre. Stationary and other required things will be provided by the authority in the exam hall.

    Sir, Is it necessary to opt for centre city in the state of residence? I have filled the form and i have given all the three prefrences outside from my state. Will i be able to get the centre which i have choosen or else i will be able to change my centre at the time of correction... does cbse provide correction of centre at the time of correction window?

    @gopi Yes NEET needs to be banned. But this will not come true if students are alone. Their parents have to support them. Some parents are supportive enough but most are not. So first of all there is a great need to make them aware about it. Moreover, I think that this CBSE is no less than killers and rapers.
