Other Important Documents or Things Needed during NEET 2020 Application Form Registration:
Credit or Debit Card for the payment of NEET Application Form Fee. If you are making payment through E-wallet, Net Banking or UPI then keep the login credentials handy.
Scanned Photograph & Signature in prescribed size and dimension. Check the prescribed dimension of Photo & Signature here.
Passport Number, Ration Card Number, Bank Account Number or any other valid Govt. Identity Number for candidates belonging to the states of J&K, Assam and Meghalaya.
For foreign nationals, Passport will be considered a valid document.
The Online NEET Fee/Intimation Charges will be borne by the candidate as given below:
For UR/OBC: 1400 INR.
For ST/SC/PH: 750 INR.
NEET UG Exam is conducted by NTA, for admission to MBBS or BDS Courses in Indian Medical and Dental Colleges. NTA is responsible for the NEET 2020 Registration, conduct of the Entrance Exam, declaration of NEET UG Result and providing All India Ranks of candidates appearing in the exam.
The candidates are advised to ensure that their Aadhaar cards have correct details of their Name, Date of Birth and Gender as per school records. Any mismatch may result in the rejection of the NEET Application Form 2020.

The NEET Application Form Fill-up process is a much simpler than you imagine. The very first step is to generate NEET registration number and password. Run through these steps:
To Apply Online for NEET, you need to visit the official NTA NEET Website.
Register through the Official Portal by clicking on “New User Registration Here!”.
A candidate must fill his/her Name, Contact Number, E-mail ID, Details of Father & Mother, Address, Landline Number, Category, Nationality, State of Eligibility for 15% All India Quota and Identification Type in the respective fields correctly.
Other desired details you need to fill in:
Identification Type (Aadhaar Card, Passport No., Self-Declaration for Assam, J&K & Meghalaya State candidates).
Choice of Medium of Question Paper.
Choice of Exam Centre.
Academic Details of 10th and 12th Standard.
Details of Marks Scored in the Qualifying Exams.
Details of Parents/Guardian.
Details about Previous attempts in AIPMT/NEET.
Dress Code Preference.
After successfully filling the NEET Application Form 2020, you will receive NEET Candidate Login details - Registration Number and Password for future reference.
These NEET Login details will be sent by NTA to your registered Mobile Number and Email ID. If you do not receive the details on your registered Email and Mobile Number, then contact the Official Helpline.
Save these details and keep changing the password at frequent intervals to protect any unauthorized use of your NEET Login 2020.
Bottom line: The candidate is required to mention only his/her own or parent's mobile number as all information will be sent by NTA on the registered mobile number and e-mail ID.

After successfully generating NEET Login 2020 details, candidates can sign in the official website to complete their application forms.
The next step is uploading scanned Photo and Signature. It is noteworthy that the Photograph & Signature should be in JPG format and their sizes should match the given values.

|Signature||Size should be between 3Kb to 20Kb.|
There will be two buttons available on the Step 2 page of NEET 2020 Form to upload the images.
Click on the “Choose File” button placed next to the Upload Photo to choose your scanned passport size photograph for NEET 2020 Registration.
Repeat the same for uploading the scanned signature by clicking on the “Choose File” button placed next to the Upload Signature text.
Once you are done, click on the red coloured “Next” button given at the bottom of this page. You’ll be redirected to the NEET Exam Fees Payment page.
1. Passport size photo with or without white background are acceptable.
2. Name of the Candidate & Date of takhing photo are not must as per the latest notification.
3. Date of taking Photograph - On or after date fix by the NTA.
4. Signature must be in running handwriting. Writing full name in the Box in Capital letters would not be accepted as signature and the Application Form would liable to be rejected.
5. Don't use polaroid or computer generated photograph for NEET Online Form.
6. De-shaped, manipulated, digitally edited or duplicated photographs will be rejected automatically by the system. The system will allow uploading of photograph with one face only by using the face-detection technique.
Bottom line: Read the information bulletin carefully to know the image specifications of Photo, Signature and Right-Hand Thumb impression (Optional). Your Signature must be in running handwriting.
In this step, you can submit the Online NEET Application Form Fees using these modes:
By Credit Card/Debit Card.
Most commonly used method to remit the fees is Payment through Credit or Debit Card. These are easily available and secure way of making online payment. On the other hand, using UPI and E-wallet might require some additional knowledge of their usage.
In step 3, the Payment page will be given with the above-mentioned modes. The candidate will have to make a choice of his/her payment method.
After which, he/she will be redirected to the Payment Gateway, where the amount of Fee will be processed.

After finishing the NEET Fees payment process, candidates must take a print out of the following documents:
Proof of remittance of NEET 2020 Application Form Fees.
At least three Computer generated confirmation page of NEET Online Application 2020.
Optional: Copy of the system generated self-declaration in respect of candidates from J & K, who have opted for seats under 15% All India Quota. As the states of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana have decided to contribute their MBBS/BDS seats in 15% All India Quota. Hence, candidates of these states need not to furnish Self Declaration as required earlier
Other than this, Candidates must preserve their NEET Exam Admit Card and all these documents until the admission in College or Institution is over.
At least 5 copies of Identical passport size photograph that was scanned and uploaded on the Online application.
Candidates often tend to make mistakes in their NEET Application Forms. To correct this, NTA provides another chance of submitting validated details one week after the last date is over.
To make online correction of the data in the form, candidates can follow these steps:
1. Sign in to the official website using NEET 2020 Login details.
2. Click on the link given for correcting the NEET Online Form. Read complete procedure to submit NEET Correction Form.
3. Make changes in the data very carefully, as this is your last chance to fill the details.
4. Verify the form once again and then submit.
There are variety of the reasons that may result in the rejection of your NEET 2020 Application Form. We have created a list of these reasons:
1. If you’ve filled incomplete or wrong information in NEET 2020 Application Form.
2. The submission of the NEET UG Forms will be considered only after the successful payment of the fees. If you haven’t remitted the fee during the NEET Registration process, your application shall be considered liable to be rejected.
3. If you’ve filled multiple NEET Forms with different IDs.
4. If your details of UIDAI data (Aadhaar Card) does not match with your filled data.
Note: If you paid the fee twice, then NTA will automatically refund the extra amount after verification. NEET Application Fees will not be refunded in any other circumstances.
Application form once submitted cannot be withdrawn. Fill the NEET 2020 Application Form UG very carefully.
Multiple NEET Application Form of single candidate will not be accepted. Rather than attempting to fill more than one forms, contact the NTA National Eligibility cum Entrance Test Helpline.
Save the Bank Statement/ Net Banking Transaction Receipt/ E-Wallet Receipt having NEET Registration No. for future reference.
Payment through Offline mode will not be accepted under any circumstances. Do not send any Demand Draft, Cheque or Cash to NTA.
Do not panic if you forget the NEET Registration details. You can always retrieve your NEET Login details through “Forgot Password”. You can authenticate your identity using OTP or Security question.
