RRB Group D Online Registration – Step Wise Procedure
Filling the application form is an essential and foremost step to start your exam preparation.
After meeting all the RRB Group D eligibility criteria you can apply for the exam.
Below we have written the step-wise application form process to help you out to fill the RRB Group D online form. Follow the steps given below-
RRB Group – D Apply Online Step 1 - One Time Registration Process
Visit the official website of the RRB and click on the “New registration”.
Select the “RRB Group D” from the drop-down box.
Fill in all the required details and move to the next step.
After filling in the details, a registration number is generated for that you need to fill it with your valid mobile number and email id.
Candidates with a valid mobile number and email ID will move to the next step of registration.
Click on the link which is sent on your email id. To fetch the OTP (One Time Password) you need to click on the provided link and your registration number.
RRB Group D Apply Step 2 - Registration Form Filling Process
To get the registration form. Fill all the blank space by providing valid information.
Important details which you are required to complete the registration process are Applicant Name, Father’s Name, Mother’s Name, DOB, Aadhaar card number, mobile number, email ID etc.
RRB Group D Apply Online Step 3 - How to Apply for RRB Group D Recruitment?
Login to the RRB website by filling in the registration Number, DOB which you provided in the one-time registration process.
Now, click on the “Login” button.
In this step, you need to fill in your academic qualification and other details.
Confirm all the above details by clicking the “Save” button.

Fill your job preference order according to the region-wise and set your order accordingly
Verify it or click on edit to change for the post preference order.

RRB Group D Apply Online Step 5 - Payment Processing Detail
You can pay the application form either online mode or post office.
Select the payment mode (Bank/ Post Office) and click on the Pay Now button.
Select your bank and payment method.
Fill in the required area, which is required for payment and submit it.
RRB Group D Apply Online Step 6 - Upload Photograph & Signature
The candidates may now proceed to the next step of uploading scanned photo and signature.
Now, you will be automatically directed to the “Photo and Signature Upload” part of the RRB Group – D Online Form.
Upload your photo and signature and submit it.
Download your RRB Group – D Application Form and print it for future use.

The Railway Recruitment Board will send your registration number on your Email ID and mobile number.

Important Instructions for Online Application Form
Before appearing in the exam, candidates must ensure that they fulfill the eligibility criteria for the prescribed post and candidate need to pass all the medical test as per the RRB norms. Candidates whose result is pending are restricted to fill the RRB Group D form.
Candidates must ensure that their Name, Father’s Name and Date of Birth should be as per their SSLC/Matriculation Certificate.
How to Check RRB Group D Application Status
All the candidates who have filled the application form can check the application status now. The applications have been checked and reviewed by the authorities for the Level-1.
Knowing the application form status, let the candidates know whether their form has been rejected or not if yes, then the reason for rejection is also mentioned by the exam conducting authority. RRB releases the region-wise Application Status.

Visit the official website.
Select the region you have applied for.
After selecting the region click on the official status check the link and fill in all the required details carefully.
Click on the login button.
After that, you can easily fetch your RRB group D 2022 application status.
In case, your form has been rejected, then the authorities will mention the rejection reason.
Why RRB Group D Application Forms are Rejected?
There are many reasons why your online application form is rejected by the RRB authorities. Rejection of an application form notifies your mistakes done in your form. We have catered some of the reasons why your application is rejected. Read below.
Invalid Photo
The first and foremost mistake which a candidate does is providing an invalid photograph in the application form. The invalid photo consists of wearing a cap, blurred photo, black and white photo. Photos which are small, the face is not clear, photos without name and date.
Multiple Applications
A candidate who fills more than one application form for the same RRB or different RRB. Such applications are rejected.
Note: Candidate whose online application form is rejected, they can check their status on the RRB website with the reason/s for the rejection which is final by the officials.
