RRB JE/SSE Online Registration – Step Wise Procedure
Before applying for the RRB JE/SSE, you must ensure that you meet the RRB JE/SSE Eligibility. Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria will only be accepted by the Railway Recruitment Board and will have the opportunity to appear in the examination.

RRB JE/SSE Apply Online Step 1: One Time Registration Process
Visit the official website of the RRB and click on the “New Registration” for RRB JE/SSE apply online process.
In the one-time registration process, candidate need to fill all the required details.
In the next stage, registration number is generated, mobile number and email ID is asked to fill.
Candidates who have provided a valid mobile number and email ID will reach to the next stage of RRB apply online process.
Click on the link for activation of RRB JE/SSE online registration. This link will be sent on your registered email ID. To get the OTP you need to click on the link provided on your email id.
After clicking the link from the registered email id, you will get your registration number.

RRB JE/SSE Apply Online Step 2 – Registration Form Filling Process
After filling the required details, the RRB JE/SSE Online Registration Form will fetch on your screen.You are required to fill all the important details which are required to complete the registration process like Applicant name, Father’s Name, Mother’s Name, DOB, Aadhaar card number, mobile number, email ID .
Note: - Candidate must ensure that their registered mobile number and email id are correct and active for One Time Password (OTP).
Before submitting the form make sure all your details are correct. Once you submit it cannot be reversed.
Now click on the submit button. The Railway Recruitment Board will send your registration number on your Email ID and mobile number.
RRB JE/SSE Apply Online Step 3 – Apply for RRB JE/SSE Recruitment
Login to the RRB official website and fill the required details like registration Number, DOB.
Now, click on the Login button.
In the 3rd step, you are supposed to fill your educational qualification and other details.
Read all the filled details and confirm it by clicking the checkbox and save it.

You are required to fill your job preference according to the region.
Set your post preference order.
Verify and click on confirm, else click on edit to change.
RRB JE/SSE Apply Online Step 5 – Payment Processing Detail
You can pay the application form either by online mode or post office.
Select the payment mode (Bank/ Post Office) and click on the Pay Now button.
Select your bank and payment method.
Fill the required area, which is required for payment and it.
Note: Candidates who have appeared in the exam are eligible for the examination fee refund.
RRB JE/SSE Apply Online Step 6 – Upload Photograph & Signature
The candidates may now proceed to the next step of uploading scanned photo and signature.
Now, you will be automatically directed to “Photo and Signature Upload” part of the RRB JE/SSE Online Form.
Upload your Photo and signature and submit it.
Download your RRB JE/SSE Application Form and print it for future use.
Important Instructions of Uploading Photograph & Signature
Photograph
Your Photo should be a Color Passport Photograph with the white or light background .
The size 35mmX45mm or 320 x 240 pixels in JPG/JPEG format scanned with 100 DSI resolution.
The size of the photograph should be between 20-50KB.
Note: Photographs taken using mobile and self-composed portraits may result in rejection of the application.
Signature
Your signature should be on white paper with Black Ink pen in JPG/JPEG format, in running letters no BLOCK LETTERS will be entertain.
The size of the signature should be between 10 KB – 40 KB.
The size of the signature will be in 50mm x 20mm or 140 x60 pixels in JPG/JPEG format scanned with 100 DSI resolution.

What If You Made a Mistake in RRB JE/SSE Online Application? Here's How You Can Correct It!
RRB provides the one-time correction facility for the candidates who by mistake filled the wrong details. To modify the correction/s candidates need to pay a certain amount of fee to the RRB. The modification fee is non-refundable.
