SSC GD Selection Process 2022
SSC Constable GD Exam is conducted in three phases. If you qualify for all three phases, you will get posts like Constable General Duty in BSF, SSB, CRPF, NIA, CISF, SSF, ITBP, and Rifleman in Assam Rifles. These phases are mentioned below:
Phase 1: - Written Exam (Objective type)
Phase 2: - Physical Standard Test/ Physical Efficiency Test
Phase 3: - Medical Test
SSC GD Written Exam Pattern 2022
The first phase of SSC GD Exam 2022 will be the objective type written exam. The SSC GD Written Exam will be conducted online mode only. To compete in the SSC GD Physical Test, one must qualify for the written test. The SSC GD Paper Pattern for written exam is as follows:

Each question carries 1 mark and time duration for the exam will be 2 hours (120 minutes).
Matriculation level questions will be asked in the exam.
It is an objective type paper. You can choose the online mode of the exam only while filling the SSC GD Online Application Form.
Online examination will be conducted in English and Hindi Language.
Physical Standard Test/ Physical Efficiency Test Pattern
SSC GD Physical Test is an important phase of SSC GD Exam Pattern for those candidates who want to apply for SSC GD Recruitment 2022.
All candidates will have to undergo physical endurance & measurement test. The Physical test doesn't carry any marks, but you have to clear it. If you fail in the physical examination, you won't be getting the job of SSC GD Constable.
SSC GD Physical Standard for Male Candidates
Height - 170 cm.
Chest - 81 (Unexpanded), 85 (Expanded)
Race - 5 km in 24 minutes. (1 Mile for Ladakh Region - 6 ½ Minutes)
SSC GD Physical Standards for Female Candidates
Height - 157 cm.
Chest - There is no chest measurement for female candidates.
Race - 1.6 KMs in 8 ½ minutes. (800 Metres for Ladakh Region - 4 minutes)

SSC Constable GD Medical Test Pattern 2022
As per the official SSC GD Notification, candidates must not have knock knee, flat foot, varicose vein and squint in eyes. They must be in good mental and physical health.
X-Ray & Blood tests etc., shall be conducted only for such candidates who found fit after passing all the levels of the medical test.
