SSC GD Exam is conducted in three phases. If you qualify for all the three phases then you will get posts like Constable General Duty in BSF, SSB, CRPF, NIA, CISF, SSF, ITBP, Rifleman in Assam Rifles. These phases are mentioned below:
Phase 1: - Written Exam (Objective type)
Phase 2: - Physical Standard Test/ Physical Efficiency Test
Phase 3: - Medical Test
The first phase of SSC GD Exam 2018 will be the Objective Type Written Exam, The SSC GD Written Exam will be conducted through online mode only. To compete in the SSC GD Physical Test, one must qualify the written test first. The SSC GD Paper Pattern for written exam is as follow:

Each question carries 1 mark and time duration for the exam will be 2 hours (120 minutes).
Matriculation level questions will be asked in the Exam.

Online examination will be conducted in English and Hindi Language.
SSC GD Physical Test is a very important phase of SSC GD Exam Pattern for those candidates who want to apply for SSC GD Recruitment 2018.
All candidates will have to undergo physical endurance & measurement test. The Physical test doesn't carry any marks but it is very crucial for you to clear it. If you fail in the physical test then you won't be getting the job of SSC GD Constable.

As per SSC GD Notification by officials, SSC GD Medical Test, candidates must not have knock knee, flat foot, varicose vein and squint in eyes. They must be in good mental and physical health.
X-Ray & Blood Test etc. shall be conducted only for such candidates, who found fit after passing all the level of the medical test.
