SSC CGL Qualification Details 2022
The basic and compulsory education qualification required under SSC CGL Eligibility is holding a Bachelor’s Degree / Graduation or any equivalent qualification from a recognized university.
SSC CGL Education qualification for various posts are explained as follows: -

The aspirants appearing in the final year of their graduation can also apply.
For posts of Assistant Section Officer (CSS), Assistant Section Officer (MEA), Assistant in Serious Fraud Investigation Office (SFIO) under M/o Corporate Affairs, Assistant (GSI) in M/o Mines, Computer Proficiency Test has also been prescribed as an Essential Qualification
“The degree obtained from distance education or open universities are acceptable under the SSC CGL Eligibility Criteria, but the University should have recognition from Distance Education Council, IGNOU.”
SSC CGL Age Limit
As per the latest SSC CGL Notification from Staff Selection Commission, the age limit for CGL 2022 will be calculated as on 1st January 2022.
SSC CGL Age Limit for 2022 is calculated as below:

Note: - Date of Birth as recorded in the Matriculation/ Secondary Examination Certificate only will be accepted by the Commission.
The age limit under the SSC CGL Eligibility Criteria is different for different posts. There is a provision of different pay scales for different posts after clearing SSC CGL.

SSC CGL Physical Standards 2022: Prescribed Height, Weight, and Vision
SSC has a prescribed physical standard eligibility for the following posts: Sub Inspector NIA, Inspector in Central Excise, Examiner, Preventive Officer, and /Inspector & Sub-Inspector in CBN.
