Important Points to Remember before Applying Online
Every candidate must follow the pre-requisites for applying online which are given below.
Candidates should scan their photograph and signature ensuring that both the photograph (4.5cm × 3.5cm) and signature adhere to the required specifications as given in Official Advertisement.
Signature in CAPITAL LETTERS will NOT be accepted.
Keep the necessary details/documents ready to make Online Payment of the requisite application fee/ intimation charges.
Applying Candidates should have a valid personal email ID, which should be kept active till the completion of this round of Common Recruitment Process. IBPS may send call letters for the Examination etc. through the registered e-mail ID. Under no circumstances, a candidate should share with/mention e-mail ID to / of any other person. In case a candidate does not have a valid personal e-mail ID, he/she should create his/her new e-mail ID before applying on-line and must maintain that email account.
How to Apply Online for IBPS Clerk 2017?

Step-1: Candidates are required to visit the following link – (Online Application link). By clicking on this link, candidates will land on the page given below-
Step-2: Candidates will have to click on “CLICK HERE FOR NEW REGISTRATION”. After clicking on this link, you will be landed on the Instruction Page.
Step-3: Here Read all the Instructions carefully and click on the ‘Continue’ button.
The application form will appear on the screen.
Step-4: Enter all the relevant information whichever asked in the online application.
Step-5: Fill up the required information accurately and continue by clicking on ‘Save & Next’ button.
Step-6: Now in the next step, the candidates will be required to upload the scanned photo and signature as per the given dimensions.
Click on the ‘Next’ button now!
Step-7: Now the next button will take you to another level of IBPS Clerk online application form. Here you’ll have to enter the complete academic details asked by the authorities.
Fill up the details appropriately and choose the order of bank preferences wisely and then proceed further by clicking on ‘Save & Next’ button.
Step-8: Now you can preview the complete form once again, so that if you have to make any changes or editing in the application form, you can do it now. Because, once you click on the submit button, you will not be able to make any changes in the IBPS Clerk Online Application.
Step-9: Payment Procedure – The candidates are required to pay the application fee in Online Mode only.
#Application Fee – INR 100 for SC/ST/PWD/EXSM candidates and INR 600 /- for all others.
The complete procedure of paying the fee using online mode is given below-
The payment can be made by using Debit Cards (RuPay/Visa/MasterCard/Maestro), Credit Cards, Internet Banking, IMPS, Cash Cards/ Mobile Wallets by providing information as asked on the screen.
After Final Submit, an additional page of the application form is displayed wherein candidates may follow the instructions and fill in the requisite details.
If the online transaction has not been successfully completed then candidates are advised to login again with their provisional registration number and password and pay the Application Fees/ Intimation Charges online.
On successful completion of the transaction, an e-receipt will be generated.
Candidates are required to take a printout of the e-receipt and online application form. Please note that if the same cannot be generated online transaction may not have been successful.
1. After submitting your payment information in the online application form, please wait for the intimation from the server, DO NOT press back or Refresh button in order to avoid double charge.
2. For Credit Card users: All charges are listed in Indian Rupee. If you use a non-Indian credit card, your bank will convert to your local currency based on prevailing exchange rates.
3. To ensure the security of your data, please close the browser window once your transaction is completed.
Step-10: Click on Submit Button. As soon as you submit the online application, A registration number and password will be generated by the system and displayed on the screen.
Don’t forget to take print out for the same.
Candidate should note down the Provisional registration number and password.
An Email & SMS indicating the Provisional Registration number and Password will also be sent.
In case, the candidates wish to review the application form, they can reopen it by using this registration number and password provided.
1. Visually Impaired candidates are responsible for carefully verifying/ getting the details filled in, in the online application form properly verified and ensuring that the same are correct prior to submission as no change is possible after submission.
2. An online application which is incomplete in any respect such as without proper passport size photograph and signature uploaded in the online application form/ unsuccessful fee payment will not be considered as valid.
