There are 4 steps that sum up IBPS SO selection procedure.
Preliminary exam: This is a qualifying stage to screen eligible candidates for mains exam. Marks of Prelims are not added in the final score.
Mains Exam: This is 2nd stage at which candidates qualifying IBPS SO prelims appear in an online test comprising professional knowledge and other subjects. Candidates qualifying this round are eligible to appear in Interview.
Personal Interview: In this round, a panel of banking experts test the candidate’s knowledge for the post he has applied for. After clearing this round, the final cut off is calculated.
Provisional Allotment: At this stage, document verification is done, and bank is allotted to the qualified candidate.

IBPS SO Result for Prelims 2020 Exam will be declared in January 2021 and the Mains Exam Result will be declared in the month of February 2021. You can check the complete procedure to check your result here - IBPS SO Result.

Basic Salary - 23700/- INR
DA - 47.8% of Basic for the months of August, September and October 2017 (Revised every 3 months, depends on CPI)
Special Allowance with DA - 7.75% of (Basic + DA)
HRA - 9% or 8% or 7.0% (depends on posting location).
CCA - This also depends on the place of posting and can be either 4% (maximum Rs.870/-) or 3%(Maximum Rs.600/-) or even 0% in some cases.
Other Allowances- Medical, Conveyance (Petrol Reimbursement), Newspaper etc.
The Gross Annual CTC (with HRA but without leased accommodation) of the officer post at Scale 1 is Rs. 5,57,640.52 inclusive of all the components.
