NEET Exam Pattern 2021 - Mode of the Examination!
By knowing the details of the NEET 2021 Exam Pattern, the candidates will be able to make comprehensive preparations for the medical and dental entrance examination. The test will be based on core subjects studied in Class 11th and 12th. Go through the overview of NEET UG Exam Pattern below.
As per the NEET 2021 Pattern, exam is conducted in Pen and Paper based mode.
Candidates are not allowed to bring their own stationery at the NEET Exam Center.
In NEET Exam Pattern 2021, the stationary and all the other required material will be provided to candidates inside the examination hall only.
Total 180 questions (45 each) are assigned to 4 subjects Physics, Chemistry & Botany and Zoology.
For each correct answer, 4 marks will be awarded.
1 mark will be deducted for every incorrect answer.
NEET Question Pattern 2021

The Test pattern of NEET (UG)-2021 comprises of 4 subjects each consisting two Sections. Section A will consist of 35 Questions and Section B will have 15 questions, out of these 15 Questions, candidates can choose to attempt any 10 Questions. Question Paper carries 720 marks, and the Candidates who cross the Cut-Off Marks of NEET Exam are eligible to appear for counselling process for the best colleges across India.
To avoid cheating, the NTA will issue 4 sets. Number and questions in all the 4 sets are same but these are asked in the different order.
What is the NEET Marking Scheme in 2021?

NEET Exam Pattern 2021 for Language-Based Papers
Question Paper will be conducted in Hindi, English and eleven vernacular languages.
The vernacular languages are Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Marathi, Odia, Tamil, Punjabi, Telugu, Malayalam and Urdu.
Candidates opting for English would be provided Test Booklet in English only.
Candidates opting for Hindi would be provided with a Bilingual Test Booklet in English and Hindi.
Candidates opting for regional languages would also be provided with a Bilingual Test Booklet in selected regional language and English

Aspirants are required to opt/choose their preferred language while filling NEET 2021 Application Form.
Remember that once you filled the registration form and submitted, the language of the paper cannot be changed.
