Step – 1: Visit the official links concerned to the positions for which you have appeared in the exam.
Step -2: As soon as you’ll click on any of the above links, a page containing the Download Form will appear on the screen.
Step-3: Enter all the required details accurately and submit the form.
Step-4: Check out your scores and provisional allotment details.

IBPS CWE RRB VI Provisional Allotment Procedure for Under Reserve List Candidates!
Provisional Allotment under Reserve Category has been done based on the post-wise and category-wise vacancies furnished by the Regional Rural Banks.
Those who got selected for Provisional Allotment are being intimated on their registered email address and the mobile number provided at the time of IBPS RRB Online Application Submission.
After examining the candidate’s performance reports very closely, the exam convener body has finally reached out to the conclusion.

The provisional allotment has been done based on the ‘merit-cum-preference’ and their reported proficiency in languages.
In the event of two or more candidates having obtained the same score card and language proficiency, they decided the merit order as per the candidates’ date of births.

IBPS RRB Provisional Allotment 2018 – Keep Your Eyes on Some Important Facts!
During the Provisional Allotment process for IBPS RRB 2018 Waiting List candidates, IBPS authorities have issued some important points and factors, that every candidate should know. Please check them below –
1. No Change in the data already registered by the candidates in the online application form is possible.
2. The decision of IBPS in allotment of RRBs is final and binding upon the selected candidates.
However, IBPS Reserves the right to cancel, re-allot RRB-wise allocation depending upon exigencies or otherwise.
3. If in any stage of the recruitment process, the candidate is found to be ineligible then his/her candidature can be canceled.
4. The complete details regarding the joining procedure will be intimated to selected candidates via email by the concerned RRB only.
5. If any candidate doesn’t receive any email regarding the joining details from the allotted RRB, then his/her candidature might be canceled.
6. The candidates will be able to see their provisional allotments.
Provisional Allotment of Candidates
After the test conducting body is done with all the Interviews Sessions for IBPS RRB 2017, it analyzes candidates combined performances in Online Test and PI Round and then releases the IBPS RRB Notification for the list of finalized candidates. These finalized candidates will be allotted any of the IBPS Participating Organization. Candidates can now check the provisional allotment list for IBPS RRB – VI on the official website of IBPS.

The candidates who score more than the cut-off and perform well in Interview are provisionally allotted on the basis of their merit, preference, and proficiency in local language.
If any two candidates have the same score and same language of proficiency, merit is decided on the basis of seniority i.e. elder candidate would be preferred.
The provisional allotment does not mean an offer of employment i.e. if at any recruitment stage; it is found that the candidate does not satisfy the eligibility his candidature would be cancelled.
IBPS is responsible till provisional allotment procedure is completed successfully, after that the allotted banks handle the further procedure. They send an intimation mail with the details of formalities to all the allotted candidates’ registered email IDs.
Once the pre-recruitment formalities are done, banks will call selected candidates for training or joining and will inform them about the dates on which the candidates have to report to the bank for training.
For 10-15 days training session, the respective RRB’s may provide hostel or accommodation facilities for the new joiners. Normally classes took place for 5-6 hours daily, wherein candidates are trained in about the bank’s processes and normal banking procedures.
Only after the training is over, the candidate can start working in the bank.
