As per the JEE Main Exam Pattern, the official authorities conduct the exam in two modes – Offline & Online. Considering both the modes, two separate dates of JEE Main 2018 Exam was declared.

 

Based on the official notification, the Exam Date of JEE Main 2018 (online test) was 15th & 16th April. On the Other hand, pen and paper-based exam was held on 8th April 2018.

JEE Main Exam Dates & Notification Highlights!

According to recent news, the Government is planning to conduct the JEE Mains Exam twice a year. The first test of JEE Mains for the academic year 2019 might be conducted in December 2018 by the National Testing Agency(NTA).

 

 

The Official Notification was released on 22nd Nov 2017.

 

 

 JEE Main Offline Exam Offline Paper was held on 8th April 2018 and Online Paper was held on 15th & 16th April 2018.

 

 

 The Online Application Process of JEE Main was started from 1st December 2017.

 

 

 The candidates aspiring to appear in JEE Main Paper 2 were had to apply for the exam online.

 

 

 JEE Main Paper 1 was held in online & offline both the modes, whereas Paper 2 was held in offline mode only.

 

 

 The JEE Main 2018 Exam Dates of Online Fee Submission were from 1st Dec to 2nd Jan 2017.

 

 

 The candidates were able to download their JEE Main Admit Cards from 12th March 2018.

 

 

 The JEE Mains Counselling Dates have been released by the CBSE.

 

 

 The candidates who qualify the Main Exam could be eligible for the next exam only if they fulfill the Eligibility Criteria for JEE Advanced 2018.
