To appear in JEE Advanced 2020, the candidates must secure minimum qualifying marks in JEE Mains Exam. The JEE Mains Rank List 2020 displays the eligibility condition of candidates who will qualify for JEE Advanced 2020.
The Mains Rank Card 2020 has been prepared from the score obtained in the JEE Mains Exam 2020. The admission to various IITs, NITs, IIITs, GFTIs etc., will be done on the basis of JEE Mains All India Rank obtained by the candidate.

While calculating JEE Main Rank 2020, no weightage is given to the class 12th marks.
Candidates must secure at least 75% marks in or be in top 20 percentile in the class 12th exam conducted by the respective board to get admission in IITs, NITs, IIITs. Etc.

A total of eight JEE Mains Rank List each for Paper 1, Paper 2 and Paper 3 has been prepared based on the performance of candidates in the respective exams.

Tie Breaking Method of JEE Mains Rank List 2020
Candidates who will get same score in the exam, then NTA will decide their rank as per some guidelines. This is called Tie Breaking Method. Below, we have explained the complete method for the admission in Paper I, II, III.
For Admission to B.E./ B.Tech
The Officials have declared some rules for admissions in institutions other than IITs. These are mentioned below:
After the JEE Main April Exam the JEE Mains Topper rank list would be updated by considering the NTA Scores of JEE Main January and April month Exam.
The candidate who secures higher marks in Mathematics and Physics will be given better rank and would become the JEE Main Topper.
The ratio of the positive and negative marks secured by candidates in JEE Mains will be considered.
For Admission to B.Arch. / B Planning
The following criteria have been set for Paper 2/ Paper 3 of the JEE Mains 2020.
Candidates having better marks in Aptitude Test will be given higher rank.
If the tie doesn't break, then the candidates obtaining higher marks in Drawing will be given better rank.
The ratio of the positive and negative marks secured by candidates in JEE Mains Paper 2, will be considered.
If still there is a tie, then similar ranks will be allotted to the candidates.

JEE Main 2020 Toppers List - Know About the Toppers
The JEE Main 2020 Result for Paper I has been declared on 17th January 2020 and for Paper II & III, it has been declared on 23rd January 2020.
The Percentile Score list has been given by the NTA (National Testing Agency). This year 9 students have scored 100 percentile in JEE Main Exam Paper 1 and 3 students in Paper2/ Paper 3.
