The Corporation engaged in planning, designing & executing power projects both hydro & thermal and entering into Solar & Wind Energy Projects.

Manager (Finance) – 1 Post (OBC)

Trainee Engineer (Civil) – 27 Posts (ST, SC and OBC)

Trainee Engineer (Electrical/Mechanical) – 14 Posts (OBC)

Trainee Accounts Officer – 4 Posts (SC and OBC)

Trainee Personnel Officer – 4 Posts (OBC)

Medical Officer – 2 Posts (OBC)

Security Officer – 3 Posts (SC and OBC)

3. Eligibility Conditions

The applying candidates must fulfill all the requisite conditions given below-

(i). Educational Qualifications and Experience

Manager (Finance)

CA/ICWA or MBA or equivalent with specialization in Finance of two years duration (Full Time) from a recognized University or Institute approved by AICTE with 50% marks in aggregate.

Trainee Engineer (Civil)

BE/ B-Tech/ B.Sc. Engineering in Civil from recognized Institute or University or AMIE(Civil) with minimum 50% marks in aggregate.

Trainee Engineer (Electrical/Mechanical)

BE/ B-Tech/ BSc. Engineering in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering from recognized Institute or University or AMIE (Elect/Mech)with minimum 50% marks in aggregate.

Trainee Accounts Officer

CA/ICWA or MBA or equivalent with specialization in Finance of two years duration from a recognized University or Institute approved by AICTE with 50% marks in aggregate.

Trainee Personnel Officer

Graduate with MBA or Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Personnel Management / Industrial Relations/ Human Resource Development/Human Resource Management of minimum 2 years duration with 50% marks in aggregate.

Medical Officer

MBBS Degree and registration with Indian Medical Council

Security Officer

Graduate in any discipline. Minimum 2 years’ experience in Armed Forces in the rank of Captain or in the rank of DSP or equivalent in Central/State Police Organizations

(ii). Upper Age Limit

Manager (Finance) – 45 Years

Trainee Engineer (Civil) – 30 Years

Trainee Engineer (Electrical/Mechanical) – 30 Years

Trainee Accounts Officer – 30 Years

Trainee Personnel Officer – 30 Years

Medical Officer – 30 Years

Security Officer – 33 Years.

4. How to Apply?

The candidates are required to submit the application form ONLINE.

On submission of valid data, the system will generate an “application” with unique application ID which then should be downloaded, signed, photograph affixed and sent through ordinary post only along with following documents-

Copy of duly paid Application fee Pay-in-Slip/Challan.

Documents related to Essential Qualification such as Pass Certificate, all Mark sheet, Age Proof (HSLC Certificate or Birth Certificate), Caste/PWD Certificate, etc.

Documents related to post qualification experience in case of Job Post (Security Officer).

Experience Certificate: Proof of experience indicating post held, period of service in each position, pay scale/ emoluments & area of experience, Latest Pay Slip.

(i). Application Fee – INR 560 (No Fee for ST/SC/PWD Candidates)

# the envelope should be super-scribed with Advertisement Number, Post applied for with post code in Block Letter.

5. Selection Process – Interview/Written Test

Test Pattern

Total Marks – 100

Time Duration – One and Half Hour

Qualifying Marks – 40%

Exam Centers - Agartala, Aizawl, Guwahati, Imphal, Itanagar, Kohima, New Delhi & Shillong.

# However, candidates will be shortlisted for personal interview based on their performance in the written test (wherever held) in the ratio of not less than 1:7 in order of merit.

# Written test shall be given 85% weightage and interview 15% for preparation of final merit list.

6. Pay Scale

Manager (Finance) – INR 36,600-62,000

Trainee Engineer (Civil) – INR 20,600-46,500

Trainee Engineer (Electrical/Mechanical) – INR 20,600-46,500

Trainee Accounts Officer – INR 20,600-46,500

Trainee Personnel Officer – INR 20,600-46,500

Medical Officer – INR 24900-50500

Security Officer – INR 24900-50500.
