Stage 3rd : Document Verification/Medical Exam

 

After successful qualifying the two stages, candidates are eligible for Document verification process, which is commonly known as DV process.

DV process is conducted to select the right fit for the job and to fill the vacant vacancies. As the number of selected candidates are more than the vacancies.

All the merit list candidates are called for the Document Verification process.

NOC from serving employees

Proves the candidate has the freedom to get employment under the RRB JE recruitment

Gazetted document showcasing the name change, in case of a name change

Proves the candidate has officially changed the name

Self-certification by Transgender

Proves that the candidate identifies as a transgender

J & K Domicile Certificate

Proves that the candidate belongs to the state of Jammu and Kashmir

Minority Community Declaration on non-judicial stamp paper

            Proves the candidate belongs to a Minority Community

Decree of divorce or judicial separation and Affidavit mentioning the candidate has not remarried

Proves that the candidate is divorced and has not remarried after the divorce.

NOC from serving Defence Personnel stating the date of discharge

Proves the candidate has been allowed to get employment under the RRB JE recruitment

Receipt of payment in case of the SBI Challan or Post Office payment

Proves the candidate has paid the fee offline

Death Certificate and Affidavit mentioning the candidate has not remarried

Proves that the candidate is a widow and has not remarried after the death of her husband.
