There is a age relaxation column under ibps clerk which informs us that a divorced candidate can apply for the said post who seeks age relaxation. My question is that does she has to be divorced at the time of joining or she can get remarried at any stage after giving the online examination (while waiting for the results) ?

Hello Rabi,   Greetings from Eduncle!   Thanks for asking your query with us!   You can apply in another state for IBPS Clerk exam. However, Bank clerk is a job that requires public interaction & hence local language proficiency is desired. You can't learn languages like Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, Bengali overnight, so you must apply in states that match your language knowledge criteria. If you are proficient in Hindi(Read, Write, Speak), then you can apply for Bihar, Chandigarh, Chattisgarh, Daman Diu, Delhi, Haryana, Himachal Jharkhand etc.   Kind Regards, Eduncle Team
